WorldBookers.co.uk makes its responsibility to you regarding privacy as a serious matter. The data we collect during your reservation is requested in order to offer you a better service. We will only share customer information with the hotel you complete your booking with. Under no circumstances will we give this information to any third party, apart from in the unlikely event that the law requires full disclosure.

The contact data you provide is used to complete the hotel reservation. This data will be given to the hotel so that they can correctly identify you upon arrival and should they need to contact you in the event of any reservation amendments.

In accordance with European personal data protection laws, we have very strict security procedures in place to prevent your personal data being misused or subject to unauthorised access.

Credit Card information

WorldBookers.co.uk Travel will not charge your credit card. Credit card information is only given to guarantee your booking and payment is concluded with the hotel.

Credit card information is passed to us via a secure server. By using the latest and most secure technology available, your personal and credit card details are encrypted. This advanced encryption method is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.

Control over your data

The consumer always has the right to review the personal data stored with us. You may request this personal data by emailing us at privacy@worldbookers.co.uk. Please state 'request my personal data' in the subject line of the email. If your personal data is incorrect, we will amend this upon your request. You may also ask us to remove your personal data from the database by requesting this from the same email address.
